• If Chat Status shows "Away", and you wish to chat, then please select the Contact Us link below and request a time to chat - Thanks !
• If Chat Status shows "Available", then click the Available icon to send us a simple Adium / AIM / iChat / Jabber / GoogleTalk alert message.
(If you do not have the listed IMs, then select the Contact Us link below and request a time to chat)
• Then click the Guest Access link above - Select Adobe ConnectNow (enter as guest)

• From the "Tools" menu, select "Internet Options"
• Click the "Privacy" tab
• Click the "Advanced" button
• Check the "Override automatic cookie handling" check box and check "Accept" for First-party Cookies"
• Click "OK" in the windows still open
Firefox 1.5 and 2 (Win):
• From the "Tools" menu, select "Options"
• Click the "Privacy icon
• In the "Cookies" section, check the "Accept cookies from sites" check box
• Click "OK" in the window
Firefox 1.5 and 2 (Mac):
• From the "Firefox" menu, select "Preferences"
• Click the "Privacy" icon

• Close the window
Safari 2, 3 & 4 (Win):
• From the "Edit" menu, select "Preferences"
• Click the "Security" tab
• In the "Accept Cookies" section, click the "Always" button
• Close the window
Safari 2, 3 & 4 (Mac):
• From the "Safari" menu, select "Preferences"
• Click the "Security" icon
• Click the "Always" button next to "Accept Cookies"
• Close the window
